"Expected better accuracy"
Pickup itself was quick and easy, so no complaints there. But I had a few wrong items in my order and one item was missing completely. I understand substitutions can happen, and I don’t expect everything to be perfect every time, but these were basic items I specifically chose. For a pickup order, I really expected the accuracy to be better
"Staff didn’t seem friendly"
I went in just to pick up a few things, but the staff made me feel like I was bothering them. Nobody said hello or offered any help, and when I asked something the answers were kinda short. Just felt a bit rude overall, not really the service I was expecting.

Right off the bat, my first impression was that the coupons just don’t work the way they should. I tried using the rewards too, but they barely showed up, which was frustrating

"Pretty good for planning grocery trips"
I mostly use The Golub Corporation to check what’s available before I head to the store. For everyday pantry items and the usual weekly groceries, the selection is usually solid. If I’m looking for something specific or less common, it can be hit or miss, and occasionally items show as out of stock or just don’t show up at all, which is a bit frustrating. But for regular shopping, it works well enough and I can usually find what I need without much hassle.
"Pickup hasn’t been worth it lately"
I’ve always liked Price Chopper, but from what I remember of my last few pickup orders, it’s been hit or miss. The last time, my order wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be, and I ended up sitting in the car for almost 25 minutes. A few items were missing too, which was frustrating once I got home. When pickup goes smoothly, it’s definitely convenient, but based on my recent experiences, it hasn’t really felt worth it.

"Still waiting for my refund"
I had an issue with my order and asked for a refund, but I’m still waiting. Customer service keeps telling me they’ll “look into it,” but what does that even mean if nothing actually gets fixed? It’s been days, and the money still isn’t back in my account. How long is a simple refund supposed to take? it’s been really frustrating and just not worth the hassle.

"Helpful service that actually stood out"
I don’t usually pay much attention to every little detail, but I do notice when customer service is quick and easy. The team was friendly, got right to the point, and helped me out without making it complicated.
"Ended up saving more than I expected"
I went in mostly just to grab a few basics, then halfway through I realized the prices were actually better than my usual grocery store on a lot of the stuff I buy every week. Kind of funny because I was only comparing cereal at first, then it turned into checking produce, snacks, all that. Checkout was quick and easy too, which I always appreciate when I’m trying to get in and out.

The store looked really clean inside, which I always appreciate because I’m a little cautious about places that feel messy or poorly kept. The shelves were neat, everything seemed organized, and there weren’t any weird smells, so I felt comfortable shopping there

I ordered groceries from The Golub Corporation, and the first thing I noticed while unpacking was that a lot of the produce just didn’t look fresh. About half the fruit seemed old, and the lettuce already had brown edges. I was planning to use everything that day, but some of it had to go straight in the trash. It’s frustrating when you pay full price and still end up wasting food the same day it arrives.

Shopping itself was totally fine, but checkout seemed to take longer than I expected. Maybe I was just being impatient, but a couple of pages loaded slowly and the payment screen kind of froze for a minute. It wasn’t awful or anything, just a bit annoying when I was trying to wrap things up quickly

I’ve used The Golub Corporation a handful of times for grocery pickup, and it’s been good overall. The site is easy enough to use, and my order has been ready when they said it would be, which I appreciate. A couple of items were swapped out, and part of me wondered if they were just trying to move certain products, but they did notify me and the replacements were fine, so I didn’t make a big deal out of it. Prices were about what I expected too. It’s not perfect, but it definitely beats wandering around the store when I’m short on time

"Honestly, solid deliveries"
I was actually surprised by how reliable the deliveries have been. They’re usually right on time, and I’ve only had one small delay so far, which wasn’t a big deal.
